In and out times that stay on the right night after midnight, a record of who was late or called out, and hours exported for payroll. Schedules and cover requests can post to your Discord.
One form, every department
Most haunts collect availability with a separate form per department. Someone happy to act or work the front gate on a Friday fills in both, and two managers book them for the same hours.
A staffer says “Friday, 5 PM to close. Acting first, then Front of House, then Security. Not Parking. I have to leave by 11:30.” Every manager staffs from that one submission, and once someone is booked they drop off everyone else's list.
